Our Jo Downs Rewards Loyalty Program launched in April 2023. We’ve added lots of exciting and exclusive rewards to say thank you to our fabulous customers. Earn 1 point for every £1 you spend online or in our galleries to unlock exclusive rewards.

Remember to use the same email address you signed up with every time you shop to add to your points. And let us know you are a member when you shop in our galleries to keep adding to your total!

How long have you been running the rewards program? The Jo Downs Rewards Program launched on 29th April 2023, purchases made on or after this date are eligible. Unfortunately, we cannot backdate points from orders placed before the program launch.

How quickly can I use my points after I've bought something in a gallery or online? Points earned through a purchase in our Galleries or online can be redeemed after 24 hours or sooner.

Can I use my points on any purchase? Once you have achieved a £Reward value you can use this against any relevant qualifying purchase e.g. 100 points translates to a £5 reward voucher which can be redeemed on a qualifying purchase of £20 or more. Please see the table above for qualifying purchase amounts.

How long do my points last? Customer points will start to expire 6 months (180 days) from the last purchase date. After this date, all unredeemed points will expire on a rolling basis for customers who have not engaged in points activity for 6 months (180 days) or more. You will automatically be notified if your points are soon to expire. Please check spam/junk folders for notifications.

If I refer a friend, when do I receive my reward? Referral rewards are sent once the friend you sent the link to has made a purchase.

If I have used points to make a purchase I later return, will I get my points back? If you use rewards on a purchase, and then later return the goods, the used reward points are not automatically reissued. Points work as a discount at the point of purchase. We will endeavour to manually correct your points balance, but this may take several days.

I have a discount code, can I use this with my reward points? Unfortunately, rewards can not be used in conjunction with any other discount code offer.
