How long will my order take to arrive?
All our pieces are handmade in our Cornish studio. Please allow 5–7 working days for us to package and dispatch your order. Delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods, but we always aim to get your piece to you as swiftly as possible. See full details here.
How is my order packaged?
Each glass piece is carefully wrapped and securely packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. We use eco-friendly packaging wherever possible, and most pieces are gift-ready.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! We’re happy to send our fused glass art worldwide. From our website we can delivery to the United States, Canada and Australia. Delivery times and shipping costs will vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout. We can arrange delivery to other destinations, unfortunately excluding European countries at the moment.
How do I install the glass fish on my wall?
Each set of glass fish or leaves comes with full installation instructions, including layout suggestions and wall fixings. They're easy to install, and no specialist tools are needed – just a little creativity, some paper and a pencil!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay and Klarna. All payments are processed securely.
Can I personalise or customise a piece?
Yes, we love creating bespoke pieces. If you’d like to add a personal touch to your home interior – such as a particular colour palette or layout – just get in touch and we’ll be happy to discuss your ideas.
Are your glass pieces suitable for outdoor use?
Our glass is durable, it is designed for indoor and in most cases outdoor display. However prolonged exposure to the elements, specifically extremes of temperature may affect the integrity of the piece over time.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Although we take great care with packaging, if something does arrive damaged, please contact us within 28 days with photos of the item and packaging, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes, if you change your mind, you can return your item within 28 days of delivery for a refund or exchange – provided it’s in its original condition with the receipt. Custom orders are non-refundable.
Do you offer gift wrapping or gift messages?
