    Had a wonderful day

My cousin and I attended our first workshop.
The whole unit at Launceston is inspirational. I loved studying Jo Downs glass work. Absolutely beautiful.
The day wizzed bye. Ruth our instructor was patient and so helpful for first timers.
We was taught glass cutting (which I didn’t fine easy) and glass effects.
The afternoon we were able to do our own piece. Ruth helped and advised.
Our work was posted to our home.
They arrived today, well packed. We loved our work.
I would definitely like to attend another workshop next year.

    Fabulous creative day!

Many thanks to Ruth for such a special day creating beautiful things! Ruth was a great teacher, and explained everything very clearly in layman’s terms so that we could understand all the tools and techniques, even though there was a lot to take in.
We very much enjoyed the creative process. Ruth was helpful to push us to try things when we didn’t feel so confident, but stepped in to guide when we needed it. We’re looking forward to seeing the finished products!
