Glass Fusing Workshops Sunningdale Gallery
PLEASE NOTE: THIS WORKSHOP IS RUN AT OUR SUNNINGDALE GALLERY IN BERKSHIRE.
Get creative and have fun designing and making your own fused glass pieces. No experience necessary, all glass and equipment supplied.
You will be using small pieces of glass, different grades of frit (crushed glass), stringers, powders, liquid glass and metal foils.
Items available to design and make include: coasters, vases, dishes, waves, hangings, soap dishes, framed artwork and seasonal decorations.
Cost: £95 per person* of which £65 is a credit** towards items made.
Duration: 4 hours including a 75 minute demonstration, 10.30am start. Although, if you need extra time to finish you are welcome to stay until 4pm.

My husband & I gave each other a workshop for Christmas last year & finally got round to booking it in November. We had such fun doing it. Neither of us would say we are arty but that didn't matter. There were total beginners without inspiration in the group as well as more experienced & more arty people. All of us were catered for & made to feel we were creating something worthwhile. There was such a variety of projects to create, with templates available, or the option to freewheel on various sized & shaped backgrounds.
We so enjoyed this experience, surprising both of us as I was sure my husband wouldn't really have fun. We would do this again & maybe book it with friends too.
The staff at the gallery were lovely & I can't recommend our instructor, Dom, enough. So patient!

I have just been & picked up our finished items, just 6 days after the workshop. Marvellous.
I made some Christmas Tree decorations & a coloured plaque - you can tell I'm not arty. Hubby made the vase. His is much better than mine. But the main thing is that we really enjoyed ourselves & the cost was also very reasonable.
A wonderful way to spend an afternoon-the time flies by! Dom was so helpful throughout the class. Would definitely do again especially now i know what i'm sort of doing. Highly recommend to anyone
Another day of creating a new masterpiece! I wouldn’t call myself particularly creative but these workshops do bring out this side of me! Throughly enjoyable and I’ll be back!!
The course was a Christmas present from my son's. What a brilliant day with lots of help and advice. I am really pleased with the dish I made.
I booked a Sunningdale workshop as an activity for my husband and I and 2 adult children during the Christmas break. Over the years I have always enjoyed visiting Jo’s galleries and the opportunity to make something ourselves was quite exciting. We all really enjoyed our day and although I am not at all artistic all of the pieces we made have come out beautifully.
